I was born in Missoula, Montana and have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of the Americas in Pueblo, Mexico and a Masters degree in language from the University of Montana.

I started attending Women’s Bible Study in the mid-70s while living in Phoenix, Arizona. I served on the WBS Board of Directors for several years. I felt the call to teach in 1988 and started a class on the book of Genesis at Trinity Bible Church in Phoenix. In 1991 I was asked to start a second Precept Bible class at Trinity and taught till 1997 and then again from 2001 to 2007. During that time, I also attended Community Bible Study in Sun City, Arizona where I became Teaching Director in 2007 until my retirement in December 2018.

My personal life is filled with a husband, 3 grown sons and daughters-in-law along with 8 grandchildren.
